  3. Choose in “Select Processing site near you” which DMW office you want to take action on the Helpdesk Ticket
  4. Note the Ticket Number that the system will provide. This will be used to trace and follow-up your concern

Salamat sa impormasyon na ibinigay mo. Ito ay isang gabay sa paggamit ng DMW Helpdesk para sa mga may mga problema sa kanilang e-Registration account o OEC. Narito ang mga hakbang na maaaring sundan:

  1. Pumunta sa Department of Migrant Workers – Online Services: https://onlineservices.dmw.gov.ph/ at hanapin ang DMW Helpdesk.
  2. Piliin ang “Create Ticket” at ang tamang serbisyo at isyu para sa malinaw at mabilis na solusyon.
  3. Piliin ang “Select Processing site near you” para sa DMW office na nais mong kumilos sa Helpdesk Ticket.
  4. Tandaan ang Ticket Number na ibinigay ng sistema. Ito ang gagamitin mo upang sundan at mag-follow-up sa iyong mga alalahanin.
  5. Maaari kang mag-follow-up ng iyong ticket sa: https://onlineservices.dmw.gov.ph/OnlineServices/Public/OFWTicketInquiry.aspx
