If there is no Social Security System (SSS) satellite office available in your city or province for you to visit, you can opt to contact the New SSS Customer Service Hotline Lists. By doing so, you can speak or chat with their customer service representative who will be pleased to assist you during office hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

This eliminates the need for traveling long distances to visit a satellite office in nearby cities for SSS-related concerns.

You have the option to use either your PLDT or Globe landline or your Smart and Globe cellphone to contact the hotline numbers. Choose whichever is more convenient for you, depending on whether you have a landline or a cellphone. For instance, if you don’t have a landline, you can use your cell phone to call the hotline and vice versa.

For landline users, the hotline number is 81455. For mobile phone users, the hotline number is 1455. There’s also a toll-free number, which is 1-800-10-2255777.

If you are an overseas Filipino worker who is currently living abroad. These are the international toll-free numbers that you can dial to get in touch with an sss customer representative.

You can call these respective toll-free telephone numbers if you are working as an OFW in the following ASEAN countries:

How to Find the Customer Service Hotline of Specific SSS Office

If you want to find the telephone number for a specific sss branch. You can go to the SSS website and then proceed to “Branch Directory.”

From there you can select your “Region” such as NCR, Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao, or Foreign. Afterward, select the province or city of your location.

In my example in the photo, I select “Luzon” as my region, then I select “Calamba” as the branch location.  Based on the information that I input, SSS shows the address, telephone numbers, and email addresses of their SSS branch in Calamba.

If you are residing overseas. Select “Foreign” under Region. Afterward, select the country of your location to see the address and contact details of the sss office in your country.
