How to get the sss Registration number
Trained and knowledgeable representatives will be available to answer your call when you contact the SSS Hotline. Some people have experienced difficulty connecting during the daytime, so we recommend calling very early in the morning or late at night to avoid the high volume of callers.
To verify your identity, you will need to provide your SSS Number. It’s best to have this ready before calling. If you don’t know your SSS Number or don’t have a reference for it, don’t worry, as they will ask for other identifying information such as your full name, mother’s maiden name, latest employer, etc.
IVRS Hotline Numbers
IVRS, which stands for Interactive Voice Response System, is an automated system that can provide basic information about your SSS accounts such as your last contribution, the status of your benefit or loan application, and your loan balance. It works similarly to the automated answering system of telecom providers when you call them. IVRS is a good option if you have simple queries that can be answered by a computer, but if your concern is more complex or you need further explanation about your benefits application, it would be better to contact the SSS Hotline.
