Application Procedures for OWWA ELAP

To proceed with your application, please follow the steps outlined below:

Go to your local OWWA Regional/Satellite Welfare Office (RWO/SWO). If necessary, set up an appointment before visiting. You can do this by either:
- Using the appointment scheduler available on the OWWA website (appointment.owwa.gov.ph).
